"It is He who shows you lightening, causing fear and hope, and generates the heavy clouds. And the thunder exalts [Allah] with praise of Him - and the angels [as well] from fear of Him; He sends thunderbolts and therewith He strikes whom He wills, yet they dispute about Allah; He is severe in punishment."
